Welcome to Stanford drive! This colonial style home is located in historic downtown Hingham. This customer renovation features a sprawling addition that was designed to create an open floor plan while still complimenting the historic elements of the original build. The customer's main goal was so open up their living and kitchen spaces and create a seamless transition between the two. The home offers countless custom design features such as a sauna, built-in wine cabinet, and three beautiful fireplaces. For this build, we placed a heavy emphasis on creating a design that optimizes square footage and function.
