It all started when...

We decided to take a classic cape next to a series of barns and mash it all together. We wanted to create an unbelievable custom home on 1.2 acres in downtown Hingham. This is what we came up with…

This 3600SF beauty was underway! With 5 beds, 2.5 baths this project is poised as an epic home with an unparalleled location.  We took the existing foundation and built a new garage with a master suite on top of it, then attached it to an existing barn.  The barn now holds an oversized gourmet kitchen with 14’ ceilings!  This is truly a good-looking and unique home that is like nothing else in the area.
